Sebastian & Co’s Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar is from Modena in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region. It is made with grape must which is simmered, fermented and then matured for 2 years in wood casks. Best used as a drizzle over grilled meats, vegetables, risottos and artisan cheeses, or combined with Sebastian & Co Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a light and lively dip for fresh bread. It can also be used as the base of a clean and classic salad dressing.
