Since certified organic lamb is not readily available in Western Canada, we have gone to great lengths to source the best alternative possible. We currently offer excellent quality lamb from BC, Alberta and Australia – always beautiful, tender and delicious. In general, lamb is fed naturally, which eliminates synthetic hormones, antibiotics, and questionable additives found in conventional meats.

Many customers order a whole lamb, which we will then butcher and package for the freezer. For more information on ordering a whole lamb, please give us a call at the shop.
